Stating that he is "employed full time" is either a way of hiding a spoiler about his actual situation or else it was written at an earlier point in the game's development, but the description of this lab as being devoted to genetic engineering makes sense considering Kerr's work on the [[Chrysalis]], not to mention the people in tanks which can be seen in the labs.
