It's a color version of a sketch by geyser (talk).
It shows Mai somewhere halfway through Oni 2, when she starts remembering things and realizes that:
- she's not entirely human, more like an alien in training/limbo
- she caused massive death and destruction in her previous life
The fat guy is Mr. Big, or "B". He's Mai's best "frenemy" in the Oni 2 storyline, and can be seen as a reference to Musashibo Benkei (who?), who in turn can be seen as the Japanese version of the "Little John" character from Robin Hood.
