Mostly done :) If you wish to complain, do so here. Gumby 06:23, 17 November 2008 (CET)

Oni is going to became 10 years old on 26 January. Will we celebrate that somehow? I know the editions comes out at uncertain intervals but, heck, it will be 10 years after all. --Paradox-01 19:59, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

I believe we should have another release out before then, actually. Maybe this month? --Iritscen 21:07, 2 October 2010 (UTC)
A release should be mostly ready now. Just have to go back to the old crappy globalization of level textures and tie up loose ends. Gumby 21:07, 4 October 2010 (UTC)

If AE installs in the wrong directory and doesn't let you chose that dir you have to clean the registry. paradox-01 (talk) 15:13, 5 October 2019 (CEST)

Can you expand on this a little for the Windows-impaired? Are you talking about a Registry entry made by the Setup app? Are you saying the entry is made before installation is performed successfully, and not removed when installation is cancelled or fails? --Iritscen (talk) 15:29, 5 October 2019 (CEST)

I had an installation "Oni demo" for testing and installed AE on it. Months ago I deleted the folder.

Today I copied a fresh "Oni" folder from USB to laptop (at a different location, but shouldn't matter), I downloaded AE and tried to install that AE. The installer did not let me choose the Oni folder, it automatically chose the not existing demo directory. I figured that AE looked up that path from registry (an entry that the old Oni installer or AE made), so I deleted all old Oni entries from the registry. (regedit.exe)

I tried again to install AE and then I was able to choose the correct directory. paradox-01 (talk) 16:12, 5 October 2019 (CEST)

Hmm, okay. I filed a bug ticket to the best of my ability. Feel free to add to it if I missed something or got something wrong. --Iritscen (talk) 21:15, 5 October 2019 (CEST)
