This is a true macro template: it simply saves one the trouble of typing "Category:Oni binary data docs". A large part of the reason for using this template to place pages into the category was in case we decided to rename the category, since renaming a category normally requires one to change the category's name on every single page in the category, and this is a highly-populated category. Hmm, that last sentence had six "category"s in it.
