The following pages contain my plan for a new BGI level in Oni as well as related changes to existing levels. The plan to restore BGI to Oni is based on the information and speculation on the BGI and AE:BGI pages. I wrote this material several years ago without developing any actual assets for the level, but still have some hope that I'll get to add BGI to Oni someday.
