Validate External Links/Curl codes
ValExtLinks uses the Unix tool 'curl' to query each link. These are the return values which can come from 'curl', taken from its man page. When an error occurs with 'curl' instead of with the server response, these codes appear after a "000" HTTP response code for the link.

The syntax was not correct. 4 A feature or option that was needed to perform the desired request was not enabled or was explicitly disabled at build- time.
