Kojiro is a communications trooper, and a prominent minion of Muro; unnamed in the story, the fandom has supplied their own name for him. He appears in the attack on TCTF headquarters, with Muro in the airplane in Airport Cargo Hangars, and with Muro in the van in Chapter 3, and can be seen running with Muro in the Atmospheric Conversion Center's interior level.
He was made into a custom playable character by Samer here
and also made part of the Skull Team
