These mods are most likely here for one of two reasons: (1) they are from abandoned initiatives (see AE:BIP, AE:ONK...), or (2) they were part of the [[AE]] when it was intended to be a collection of "flagship" mods from the community. Now, the AE only automatically includes mods that serve as tweaks and fixes to the game, and all other mods can be optionally installed by the user through the AE Installer.
