There's maybe a romantic misconception about democracy. In worst case 49 percent of the people could end of being not represented. Therefore it would be better not to have parties but groups of people that realize projects. -- A "pirate" once said: "as soon as my political goal is realized I've no problem in seeing my own party getting obsolete."  -- But with current technology such democracy improvement is unfeasible right now and you would have to watch out for having enough coherence between the projects so that they don't thwart each other.-->
