Half-combine's forks

Only the latest release of each fork is documented here, so rather than reading this as a list of changes in the latest version, it should be read as a total list of features which this fork adds to the DLL. These features are generally optional, being toggled through daodan.ini. The actual readme with instructions is in the download.
