Not to be confused with a bureau cat.
Bureaucrats are wiki users with the ability to:
- promote other users to administrator or bureaucrat status;
- grant and revoke an account's bot status;
- rename user accounts; and
- (with ConfirmAccount extension installed) approve/reject requests to create user accounts.
Currently, OniGalore has two bureaucrats, Alloc (the administrator of the oni2.net domain) and Iritscen.
