Not much to say: it's a very old isometric shooter.
The influence has thus nothing to do with the gameplay, rather with the futuristic city environment.

Brainstorming
- The intro screenshot look very much like the city scene from the Strident trailer (neon lights and water puddles and all)
- So, very much like Ghost in the Shell... or Oni
- The guys are cyborgs (did you say Syndicate?), a bit reminiscent of Jin-Roh:The Wolf Brigade
