Among other things this section serves the bigger idea to create a rough concept for national and global evaluation models. AI and quantum computing push this idea more and more from science fiction into the realm of the possible. In the end it doesn't matter how realistic or unrealistic this appears. People will try it out anyway. And someday some usefullness will be achived.
