Not to be confused with a bureau cat.
Bureaucrats are wiki users with the ability to:
- promote other users to administrator or bureaucrat status;
- grant and revoke an account's bot status; and
- rename user accounts.
Currently, OniGalore has one Bureaucrat, Admin (a.k.a. Alloc, also the administrator of the oni2.net domain).
