That's [[Oni2:META|META]]'s [[Oni2:Hex Hound|HexHound]] (or armored [[Oni2:Cyntaur|Cyntaur]]), ''exactly'' as [[User:geyser|I]] imagined -- well, almost. The major difference is that mine had much larger arms (about twice the size of human arms in all proportions). The minor difference is that mine had a less human-ish head and neck (more like the Rat Creatures from Bone).
