I will add here all secrets that you can get in the level (at least the ones that I know).
-the hidden guy and hypo at the begging
-hidden cell, hypo, ammo and guy with forcefield at save point 2
-hidden guy where you fight bomber
-hidden cells and forcefield at the last savepoint
