This screenshot is low quality because it is rarely seen, perhaps because it's not showcasing combat or amazing scenery like most of the screenshots Bungie released for the press to use. Taken from Gamers' Republic issue 25, which had a large feature on Oni.
Was this a cutscene intended to take place at Regional State? Probably not, but it might have been nice to see Konoko interacting with her TCTF comrades on a normal day before everything blew up.
