+::I don't believe Mai was intended by BWest to have written any of it. There might in fact be a change in voice when "You And Your Job" starts. Before that it's the rebellion talking to whoever will listen, and then it's BWest talking to us. But since the in-world text of the "rebellion propaganda" seems to have been written before the events of Oni, it couldn't be Mai writing it.
+::Now, if I'm not reading too much into a simple typo, then "Big brother" might be a winking reference from BWest to us. Or perhaps it's actually a warning from the rebellion to Mai, but why would a rebel know that Muro is Mai's big brother? It doesn't seem like they should know anything about that, but then again, who knows what they might know. Whatever happened to Prof. Hasegawa, anyway?
