Wildcards such as "*.wikipedia.org" may be used, but the search requires at least a top-level domain, for example "*.org".
Supported protocols: $1
By default, MediaWiki will only return results that use http://. If you want to see links that use other protocols, you must specify them, e.g. "https://*.org".
