The fat years are over and again wrong priorities are chosen. (Seems to be a panic reaction.) If it rains nukes on Germany - and when that happens on whole Europe - forget the nuclear bunkers, placebos. There will be still the nuclear fallout and starvation. Politicians should be so honest to say there is no real escape. Instead of preparing for an dangerous but abstract threat - with very limited mitigation - that brings nothing but costs, ALL the money should be used to tackle much realer problems: the underdeveloped digital infrastructure, cyber security, teaching companies directly to use new tools, and pushing the GAIA-X project so that it does not become a total billion-euros grave.
