The fat years are over and again wrong priorities are chosen. (Seems to be a panic reaction.) If it rains nukes on Germany forget the nuclear bunkers - placebos. There will be still the nuclear fallout and starvation. Politicians should be so honest to say there is no real escape. Instead of preparing for an dangerous but abstract threat - with very limited mitigation - that brings nothing but costs, ALL the money should be used to tackle much realer problems: the underdeveloped digital infrastructure, cyber security, teaching companies directly to use new tools, and pushing the GAIA-X project so that it does not become a total billion-euros grave.
