Interface administrators can edit the wiki's CSS and JS pages, affecting site appearance and behavior for all users, as well as edit individual users' CSS/JS pages. Because of the security implications, this is something that not even an administrator can do. Currently Iritscen is the only interface administrator, perhaps owing to his passion for tweaking the wiki's appearance and editing behavior.
