While the game is likely a real copy the original cover may have been damaged, so the standard practice is to replace it with a substitute and put a disclaimer in the game listing that it has a replacement cover. Though the cover seems like an official product at first glance, looking more closely you can see how sloppily the art of Konoko is masked against the background.
