For clarity, it's worth mentioning the [[European Mac releases|European Mac retail releases]], because they were found to contain some files not meant for release; the initial discovery was made with a German version of the game sold in a bundle called the Big Blue Box. Because fans believed that a beta version of Oni had accidentally slipped into the bundle, initially it was known as the "Big Blue Box beta", "BBBB", or "Mac beta 5". Eventually it was discovered that all releases in Europe had these files.
