OniGalore:Interface administrators

Interface administrators can edit the wiki's CSS and JS pages, affecting site appearance and behavior for all users, as well as edit individual users' CSS/JS pages. Because of the security implications, this is something that not even an administrator can do. Iritscen is typically the only active interface administrator, owing to his passion for UI work.
