Administrative templates are used for flagging articles that need work, or possibly just need to go into the round file. They are intended for anyone to use, not just administrators. By adding the name of one of these template to the top of a page, such as {{update}}, it will place the article in a category in the Flagged articles family, which editors can peruse when looking for something to help with on the wiki.
