The intro movie to the game plays whenever Oni is launched, unless you rename/remove the file intro.bik from the GameDataFolder. Below are some representative frames of the intro's animation; it is authentic anime, drawn by Anime International Company, no less. Sadly AIC is now defunct, having not produced any anime since 2014.
The soundtrack for the video appears on the promotional soundtrack CD as "Oni Anime", apparently composed by Marty O'Donnell.
