Since we count userspace pages as content namespaces on this wiki (owing to fan fiction and other things posted there), an unfortunate side effect is that, while we can categorize user pages in general, we cannot categorize code pages (.js, .css) in any namespace. So userspace code pages will always linger here. The other loitering page here is the notorious AE:AddCharClass, which has been deleted several times yet still shows up in lists like this.
