"Autoconfirmed" users are typically users who have been registered long enough or made enough edits to be promoted to a higher level of privileges than the average user. However, the only right that autoconfirmed users have on OniGalore is to edit semi-protected pages, which we don't even use. Regular users have all the useful abilities here that you would normally need to be autoconfirmed for. This generosity on our part is partly because we manually confirm new accounts now, so not just anyone can acquire editing rights.
