WISHLIST PART 3

a cloudy sky can even concede sunny moments

The sun has pierced the thin clouds over.
Through small windows it highlights white stripes upon the snakes of mist swarming amidst the ruins.
There is a large placid flow in the middle, going downstream. It is a river or a canal?
We are in front of a deserted town. A farsighted part of the city is still intact and inhabited.
But it is cornered in our view, beyond the left shore of the water.

this hand

casts a tiny shadow on me

makes you laugh

A Smallgirl’s hand casts a shadow on Konoko’s chest. Konoko keeps her eyes closed.
We cannot decipher her face. She’s slowly hanging her head.
Konoko hugs SmallGirl who’s laying on the ground.
She is clearly suffering. However we cannot be sure whether it is Smallgirl dying,
or a flashback where we see Konoko when we first rescued her.

Other bodies are scattered all around.

makes you think

Now it is clearly a flashback, Konoko on a bridge at the same river
            (a large motorway bridge).
She notices Smallgirl in the shoreline drawing dirt water on an old oil tank.

raindrops of yesterday are now dried up

Pool of rainwater, Konoko’s foot ripples its surface.

musk breathes as you cut it

and there’re people carried away from criticisms,

The asphalt on the route is fractured by colonies of weed and musks.
 Unearthly colors saturate the vegetation.
Konoko follows alone the route, and enters a forest.
