===Time travel=== | |||
While "traveling forward in time" equals to "just wait in hibernation" or fly nearly at the speed of light going back in time doesn't seem possible.
* If there is only one possible present traveling back in time would require so much energy to undo all kind of movement and processes of all objects in the universe. That's simply not possible.
* If there is a multiverse then infinite possibilities and therefor infinite timelines exist. The smallest change has an effect. It would mean that you cannot control where you jump to nor can you get back into the original timeline. Furthermore the location and time of the out point cannot be precisely calculated - if at all - as the planet is in unknown motion made up by it's own spin motion, orbiting the sun, orbiting in the galaxy core, orbiting in the cluster core, moving within the filament. The outpoint might be a massive plantar or stellar object or in the depth of galactic voids resulting in death of the traveler.
