Yes and no. The "generative" in "GPT" can be seen as a synonym for being "creative" if it is "Little-C": in that case GPT will '''generate more of the same and similar''' by remixing and changing existing data. A GPT can trick us in thinking that it possess creativity. But that is only so because it can combine content and (known) content packing algorithms. When we want to judge GPT's creativity the content itself and the speed of combining is irrelevant because that comes directly from the storage and processing power.
