The combat controls are for Oni, but the F-keys are entirely Myth-related (the exact same image of the F-key row is on p25 of the Myth II manual). We might be looking at the product of a layered document, where each game had its own overlay on the keyboard image, but since the Oni-related controls were adapted to a separate control sheet (linked below) and the Myth-related keys to the Myth manual, it might have simply been a source document intended for making player-facing documents.
