... perhaps the black eyed teeth are just dice...

At 21 eyes for every tooth, it's (even) more creepy than what I had in mind.

Also, dice originated from bones, so I'd call them "freckled bones" or smth.

You may notice that dice do not appear in the videos in the Hints section.
