The xml code on this page is compatible with onisplit v0.9.61.0

general information

WMCL is stored globally (edition\GameDataFolder\level0_Final)
the file links to Oni's mouse icon (cursor) (PSpc -> TXMP)
Oni always looks for a cursor with id 1
