Hikari is a character created for Oni 2 by owldreamer. The background story and more pics were found at http://www.haibane.de/oni/overview.htm, but the site is no longer up. Basically, she's an android avatar of Shinatama's electronic ghost.
Brainstorming
- I tend to connect her with the Tio character from Grandia 2. geyser
