- Unfortunately, templates like these are uninformative and annoying.
- Please don't use them unless you have no other choice in the matter.
- Whenever you can, please comment on the article's talk page instead.
- That way, people will not wonder what exactly you think is "wrong"...

- But sometimes a template is all that's needed, when it's specific enough, and it is much more likely to be noticed than something on the Talk Page,
- or else why would so many pages on the wiki already have notes written directly on them instead of on their Talk Pages?

- Exactly what "so many pages" are you talking about? OBD? Those notes are not objections or improvement suggestions.
- If you want a template that's specific enough (yours isn't), make it link to a section of the respective talk page, with details.
- Whatever is supposed to be wrong with a "personal essay"? Whatever is supposed to be good about "encyclopedic style"?
