The Konoko image may look the same as [[:File:Fully Armed - Full-Body.jpg|this full-length piece]], but there are many small differences. In this box art version, the shoulder pads are small and squarish, and the handguards are clunkier. Certain elements like her trigger finger and the shotgun on her back have moved slightly. Konoko's uniform is also lacking in highlights compared to the linked version.
This version of the cover is cleaner and more focused than the US version, showing the original version of [[Fully Armed Konoko]] (the armor-restored version of [[Torn Konoko]]), before Fully Armed was extended to show the rest of her legs.
