Summary
A background template from the Bungie West archives. A derivative of the Oni matrix, it uses the upper-left 29x25 symbols of THIS image (out of 42x28). It also uses some unidentified blueprints of electronic circuitry, as well as one or several posterized photographs or drawings (the overlaid circuitry makes it hard to decipher). The elements along the top of the image are vectorized addons, known as line thing.ps, stuff.ps, etc (also from the Bungie West archives).
