Signs of early development

Hm... I think, some un-textured (white) polygons (i.e. on machines' holders; in place, where shini is supposed to be placed; on square air tube - left side of image, under the heading) are signs of the early-dev stage. I guess, this screenshot was taken during early development period...
Correct me, if I'm wrong...
