Shinatama Evolved is a custom playable character developed by Samer. The idea is that Shinatama got rebuilt/resurrected into a more combat-ready body, maybe as a way for Griffin to redeem himself when Konoko spared his life in the bunker, or perhaps Konoko managed to bring back Shinatama by other means.
The playable character comes with 6 variants, a custom move set, and utilizes the in-game Shinatama sounds for taunts and hurt sounds. It is available here. The outfit on the left is based on DarkLitria's sketch of a mature Shinatama.
