Possibly he is also the comguy who accompanies [[Muro]] at the [[ACC|Atmospheric Conversion Center]], both during Shinatama's torture ( {{C|7}} ) and during Muro's escape ( {{C|8}} ) - however, at this point he does not speak or wear the same distinctive goggles as earlier.
