Hikari is a character created for Oni 2 by owldreamer. Background story here. More pictures here.
Basically, she's an android avatar of Shinatama's electronic ghost.
Brainstorming
- I tend to connect her with the Tio character from Grandia 2.
- Since Hikari can't get cold and has "nothing to hide", more "provocative" outfits can be considered. It could help her wile male human opponents...
