level0_Tools.dat/raw/sep is an instance file distributed with a public beta release of Oni known as the Big Blue Box Beta (part of a collection of Mac games called the Big Blue Box). It is of little interest as a plugin, as the resources it contains were only used during development. The required functionality seems to be missing from the retail engines and even from the beta engines.

;level0_Tools contains
*some furniture OFGAs (which are now baked into the environment of Oni's levels, as generic AKEV quads that are merely flagged as furniture);
*some WMDDs that were used at some point to edit OBJC and other BINA (we've been using those to reverse engineer the BINA formats)
*textures that were used for debugging or for other, more obscure purposes (the most notable such texture is Hapékat, our mascot)
