This template allows you to easily flag an article that needs to be cleaned up. All you have to do is type "{{cleanup}}" at the top of the article, and the following header box will appear in the article and it will be placed in Category:Articles that need cleanup. You should put an explanation for the flag in the edit summary when you add it, or on the article's talk page.
