Laut Handbuch ist die Regierung nur an der „Zentrierung des Wohlstands“ daher an der Zentrierung der Bevölkerung interessiert und eine schon verseuchte Umwelt ist da hilfreich. Ich denke dies war nur mit dem Gründungskrieg der WKR möglich. Parallele Wortlaute sind: „in Wahrheit ging es nur ums Geld“ und „Technopanik“.
