Regenerating Tanker is a custom character concept by Samer. The idea is he's a tanker with the ability of health regeneration like Barabas. He's the latest in the chrysalis experimentation by the Syndicate, a strange mix of SLD technology and chrysalis. Along with Kojiro and Grey Fury they make up the Saisei Team.
