:On another note, right now you link to the English Wikipedia like THIS, whereas the proper way to link to it from a Mediawiki project is THIS. | :On another note, right now you link to the English Wikipedia like THIS, whereas the proper way to link to it from a Mediawiki project is THIS. | ||

=GDF structure= | |||
I will need to take my time in actually contributing to the BSL pages, which I hope to do soon. Certain things I don't even know yet, and will need to research before I can document them. But just now, looking at the overall structure of how the IGMD page is treated like a folder, with manplant and the other level folders as subpages... why don't we do that for IGMD itself? I mean, it really belongs as a subpage of GameDataFolder. And technically GDF belongs as a subpage of Oni (folder) or something. I'm not (just) being anal-retentive here, I think it would be useful if we faithfully recreated the hierarchy of the folder, so a user could navigate it as if he was in the actual Oni folder. Then we would easily find a place for documenting the files outside of GDF but inside Oni's folder, such as persist.dat. What do you think? --Iritscen 19:52, 18 March 2008 (CET) |
