Modding tools that are available to download, that run stably, and have a fairly finished set of features. Can still be considered complete even if the tool is still being developed. If it's no longer used much by the community or is pretty far behind where the community is at today, it goes under the sister category [[:Category:Outdated modding tools|Outdated modding tools]]. Note that not all tools are covered here, only the ones we've had the time and inclination to document. All released tools can be found under their own category in the sidebar on the {{OMD}}.
