This page is unfinished. Can you fill in any missing information? |
To do:
- Write walkthroughs for the redlinked pages!
- Two good walkthrough precedents are GameSpy's Oni Online and GameSpot's Oni Game Guide, but we can't copy their content because Plagiarism Is Not Nice™.
- Watching video playthroughs can be a good way to learn tricks from experienced players.
- Remember that most walkthrough readers are beginners, so include tips that they might not have realized yet, and think about spots in levels that can be tricky for beginners. Should true beginner tips be marked with a special color so experienced players can skip them?
- We also want to include advanced tips so that experienced players can still learn something. Maybe we can mark these with a special color or something?
- Documenting secrets and tricks for bypassing difficult or time-consuming areas is A-okay, but this is not a speedrunning guide and we don't want to encourage sequence breaking in ways that skip cutscenes or story beats. The player may not yet have seen the game as it was intended by Bungie West.
- When adding secrets, don't forget that we also have a page devoted to listing Easter eggs.
- Screenshots and videos help a lot for documenting certain things, and any visuals that can be added to articles will enliven them.
